Deaf Pastor Meloy & Tressia Richmond
Our History and Legacy
Founded in October 2008, New Destiny Deaf Church was established through the vision of Deaf Pastor Meloy Richmond and Senior Pastor Britt Prince of New Destiny Church in Richland, Mississippi. We are proud to serve the Jackson metropolitan area.

In Loving Memory of Pastor Meloy Richmond
"Well done, thou good and faithful servant."
We honor the life and legacy of Pastor Meloy Richmond and his wife, Tressia, the visionaries who founded Mississippi’s first United Pentecostal Deaf congregation. Through years of unwavering love and deep sacrifice, they built a sanctuary of hope and a true home for the Deaf community in Jackson.
Though Pastor Richmond transitioned to his heavenly reward on December 4, 2025, the foundation he and Tressia established remains. Their commitment lives on in every heart reached and every life transformed.
